I know that the information is not new but that's not the topic. Seedark (his real name was Park Jeong Hoon) has passed away days ago and he had 28 years old. Maybe this name doesn't talk to you but this person is simply the guy who worked as main artist for Ntreev, especially for Pangya. He draw a ton of artworks and made us dreaming with his work. You can find some of his illustrations, on his website HERE.

Finally! GOA.COM finally decided to announce the first set of scratchy cards! Let's see this...
1° Set of scratchy cards:
It will be Wedding Dresses and Umbrella Clubset which lead the march! This looks really nice because instead of having one set, we have a mix between two sets... At the end sets won't change every update as announced but every month. At the first we can guess that GOA wants to catch up others versions not with a short period for every set but with a mix between two sets. For having more informations about the available set, click HEREon in the upper image..
2° Some rules:
Scratch cards are here but to don't be lost here is a summary about how to have/use them:
- Each time that you'll spend 15 Cookies or more in the shop, a scratch card will be gifted in you "mail box".
- After moving your cards in your inventory, you can scratch you cards by clicking on this icon in the menu: 
- When you win a rare object you'll see it by an icon which looks like a "full package" icon and it will tell you for which character you won the outfit.
3° Promotional offer:
From the 23rd September to the 6th October the price of scratch cards will be 10 Cookies instead of 15 Cookies. It means that during this period, every time you'll spend 10 Cookies or more on the shop you'll obtain a scratch card.
4° Drop rate's testing:
To put the scratch cards' drop rate to test, I decided to fraps myself scratching a certain number of cards to do a real test of the drop rate. For info, yes I picked that idea from Kanashimi (thankies to her to authorized me to do this) but this is only for the first set to see what the drop rate looks like.

New Items for Max
Max has the occasion to wear new things this time. As usual for Max everything can be resumed as "Biker" and "Tennis", believing that the biography of this character has two lines and he is important only for Arin. Anyway the Grey Biker Suit Set makes its entrance, and for only 180 Cookies you'll have a Max as a Biker, once again...

Apparently that's not all (hopefully!), more informations will come this Monday's afternoon. First scratch cards set's announce? It looks like it! By the way let's congratulate Elorun for making us believing that we'll have a ridiculous update and an amazing "Here you are!"

This is this afternoon that GOA.COM gave us a choice which is simple for some of us but hard for others. So scratchy cards will be available with the 22nd September Update, and one of greatest information is missing... What will happen if we win an item that we don't want? In my article Time to know everything we could see that GOA hesitated between "exchange event" and "possibility of selling/buying items in chat mode". And this time it's our turn to choose! With THIS topic you can decide if you want to sell/buy scratch items on chat mode. PanGOA will be the next version to available the trading of scratchy items in the chat mode? You turn to vote

Can't you feel and hear this voice? This voice that we can hear singing "Zero fill love" being close on the GOA.COM website. Yes, it's already time to speak about Season 4 on PanGOA! PanGOA's official twitter tells to us what they're actually doing:
Today we got our S4 Test-Server. QA started testing S4 and we joined them for some fun. The first self design Test needs some improvement :P
For the moment the testing period has begun so we don't have to be in a hurry (as usual will say some players), but it sounds good if GOA begins to test the season 4.

Here is a summary of the update which will come on the Tuesday 8th September 2009, servers will be down from 10:00 am and be back as soon as possible. Outfits (uncompleted), delaying of cookie lottery to resume we have everything to be crazy... PangYa Europe seems to loose its breath!
Kooh won't go to the country!!
We already have a certain delay about the shop, and it seems that there's a problem of update's coordination is coming... This time there are "country" outfits which are supposed to appear, but the problem is that Kooh (who is supposed to have her own outfit) has nothing and the "outfits" are not complete cause shoes are missing and same for accessories... They already did this thing with swimsuits from last month.
Scratch Card delayed...
Sadly the matter with technical problems is that they don't warn of their apparition and when they appear, they always appear in a bad moment! This is how scratch card are delayed until the next update which means the 09/22.
So... It has been a short time that we didn't have a little update, but the main thing of this update was supposed to be the scratch system. Hoping that everything will pass.

Period of sets' renewing.
PanGOA is victim from a delay as everybody knows... It's true that PanGOA is simply the last version of the game and sometimes considered as the the fifth wheel of the cart. 38, is approximately the number of sets already in game on Korean and Japanese versions. This is obvious that with a set per month ("original" period of sets' apparition) it won't be possible for us to catch up this delay that we have with others versions and so once again it will be PanGOA = retarded version... However, GOA cleared the situation recently, since the renewing of the contract for the European version, they decided to catch up all this delay to satisfy players by changing that period. This is how the period of changing the sets from the scratchy cards will be a set per update! No no you didn't have a hallucination, when there will be an update we'll also have a new set. But, because there's a "but", GOA could catch up its delay for the scratchy cards and for the shop's items at the same time? It sounds great to know that each update will change the set, but don't forget that PanGOA has also delays for others things such as clothes. My opinion? Recently, GOA knew what we want and they give all of themselves to make it true, so I think that there's no problem about it.
One ticket but two ways to have it!
Everybody knows it, scratchy cards consists simply to scratch the cards! I don't give you something new I know, but do you know that there're two ways to have a scratchy card? Indeed, it will be possible to have a card by two ways, one paying and another one which is totally free:
Paying: When you'll spend some cookies (price no communicated at this time) in the shop, at your next connexion, a scratchy card will be gifted to you. For experts, this is the same system as the US version which is actually criticized since it appeared because it obligates players to spend 1000 points (it corresponds to 1$ of cookies) for only a scratchy card and the drop rate is totally low on this version, players are trapped. Fortunately for us it won't be like that because a "free way" will be there too.
Free: By playing, it will possible instead of winning potions you could win a "ticket" (some players already won them), but do you know that those tickets will be useful from now? Indeed, thanks to "Kidi's box" you'll can without a problem make your own scratchy card by mixing 10 tickets. For experts, this is the same way that Korean and Japanese versions used for helping "free players" to play the scratchy card. Nothing to reproach, I think that many players will use this way to play scratchy cards.
Client servicing of undesired items?
Evidently, scratchy cards is a game of chance: we can win cookies potions as we can win amazing items. But what will happen if we'll win one of those amazing outfits... but we didn't want for this character but for another character? In fact, what to do about items that we won but we don't want? A cloud of hesitation appears about this and so this is a big blur and a big question mark which appear too. GOA is, at the moment, deciding which proposition is better than the other one to put ingame, let's see this:
Exchange event: Like a good client service, if you want to do an exchange for an item to another one (the item that you want to change has to be in the same set as the item you desire), you'll simply have to write to the GMs or to the support and they'll do the exchange. But everything is organized as an event so that's not possible to blame yourself each release of sets. Even if it seems to be easy, the management of this event could be all the opposite because GMs are needed to change everything during the maintenance and mistakes could happen.
Items available on PSQ: This is the thing that all players on all versions want, but this is only possible for the Korean one... The goal is simply to make available, in the PSQ, items that you won on the scratchy cards and you want to sell. In my opinion this option is great for gathering the community (for instance friendly exchanges etc.) but sadly we are not safe because of pang hackers who only want to enjoy of everything...
What about the drop rate?
About the drop rate, nothing has been announced yet. But GMs know everything of what's going on the others versions and they're doing their best to don't have the same ridiculous drop rate as US version. The only way to have an idea about it is to wait the release of the scratchy cards.
As you read, if we don't play the scratchy cards we can't really have an idea about it. I hope that, with what I wrote, now you have a better idea of what scratchy cards will be. Soon, more informations will come on the forums of GOA.COM before the release of this new system.

You could at every moment know the biography, the price or the specialties of your favorite character. This is today that the 4.16 Update was released and this is today too that Zangetsuna and I spent more cookies than we thought... 
Once game servers opened, after seeing if quitting rates were down, both of us were into the shop mode to buy a swimsuit. But I had a problem, in fact as a serial-shopper I didn't have one swimsuit but two swimsuits and shoes for Arin... Which means in the end I bought useless things to have my favorite characters a good look. Zangetsuna couldn't resists to the Kooh's red swimsuit and to the Star Fish Ribbon. This is how I decided (with Zangetsuna's agreement) to show you what we bought with our three new friends who are called: Victor, Hector and Igor

Here is a summary of the update which will come on the Tuesday 25th August, servers will be down from 10:00 am and be back as soon as possible. New swimsuits, new lottery... Pangya Europe is really being great!
Swimsuits everywhere!
As if we don't have enough, GOA decided to put new swimsuits in this update (for the 4th time xD) this time there are swimsuits which were released recently on US version, thing which surprise us because of the late that Pangya EU has. Here is a description of each swimsuits from this update:
There will have accessories too for Junior but I leave you discover them in game. Personally I think that I'll buy Ceci's or Arin's swimsuit I still hesitate about it.
This is only a goodbye...
Like the proverb says, all good things come to an end and this is the same for the Quit-rate event. After two weeks of playing non-stop, the quitting rates will finally be updated according to the time you played. So? 0% quitting for you? For my part, I'm far away because i couldn't play anytime...

Let's the rares' hunt begin! Always wanted, it comes FINALLY in PangYa Europe on September 8th ... Here is the Cookie Lottery! The first words which come in my mind are "NO TOO EARLY!!!" and now let's have explanations. Previously, GOA decided to put a new alternative (which made talked about) which consisted to put rares into the shop as cookie items but for a short period. However, sadly we won't have this new alternative and we will have the "true lottery which is everywhere". I guess you're asking "Why they took too much time for nothing?", the answer is simple this is because the legal department of GOA.COM which took (too much) lot of time to understand that there's a way to play the lottery by buying tickets and there's a way to play "gratis".This is how we will finally have the cookie lottery as we know it... From now, the new questions are... What will be the first set? The drop rate will be good? Wait and see .

Holidays are over, and it's time to be back. The blog is being back with, as a first article, the description of the today's update which is really good, let's see this.
Swimsuits over and over!
This is the third update that we have swimsuits in the shop to look good in the summer and to swim in Blue Water's water. Sorry there's no pics, because the blog is back step by step as it was before and I didn't have the time to prepare the image, you have to be ingame to discover what swimsuits look like.
New course on the island!
Of course, Pangya's characters deserve holidays too after those many games playes. This is how the Ice Spa comes ingame and you could play to make some pangs and play with the penguins in the PSQ mode with your friends.
The lord is in the place!
What to say except that the Satchel Lottery has many updates recently and this is weird and really great at the same time. Anyway, the crowns make their entrance and you'll have the occasion to show that your character is the prince or the princess of the greens!
Quit-rate event!
Everybody waited it for months, there it is now! The quit-rate event is finally ingame and for two weeks (until the next update). Rules are simple, your game-time and only the time passed to play will count and each 30 minutes of playing you'll lose a quit. Get it? So the quit-rate hunt can begin!

Today is finally the day! Resultats of my exam were finally posted to public eyes and I can finally see if i will study in an academic school, I want to thank my 18/20 from the english test which was very helpful. From now I can say that i passed my exam and that I am qualified!

Here is the release note of 30th June 2009, and this time a new type of presentation has been made to describe each part of the release note.
New set for Kaz!
Let's begin first with the Kaz's Waiter Set, which will cost 187 Cookies and which change from "school uniforms" or "demonic outfits". Kaz will have a new set with new things, the others boys will have in the shop as a "pre-made" set, smokings that they have since the 4.08 update.
Get ready to shoot!
The first motion item will come in the shop with this update! You'll tell me, "but what is a motion item dear chakounet?" so this is just an item which change the entry animation and the Albatrosse & HIO one (warning, all guns give the same animations and this is just the look which changes). You will know more on this Tuesday, after the update, when i'll have all pics needed to be with the text.
Angels and Demons are back!
The Satchel lottery will be updated which allows it to release the 7th Set, this is really weird to have such a rapidity for changing sets...
Game servers will be offline on Tuesday 30th June from 10:00 a.m and will be back as soon as possible. Few times after the update, I'll make an article which will talk more about "motion-items" and a video to show you the new Robert's Item in action.

This is after the update that game servers were renamed! You can see on the bottom two pictures to show you the new names:
The new names are not really originals but this is better than nothing. For my part I proposed "hato", "mochi" and "consientia" which, in my opinion, are better than those stereotypes like "eiffel" and "paris"... Anyway, the game servers have new names and the game looks more cleaner thanks to the new update which fixes some bugs.
